Only after we put the lease together do we charge a commission equal to the first month's rent. There are no upfront costs or hidden fees.

Tenant Guarantee- If, for any reason, a tenant we place in your property fails to pay rent and moves out within the first six months of tenancy we will not charge an additional leasing fee or management fee until the property is re-leased.
